About the enterprise

On the enterprise we produce fruit wine by STB 950-2006 “Fruit wine fortified ordinary and fruit wine materials fortified ordinary treated. General specifications”, fruit wine of improved quality by STB 1695-2006 “Fruit wine fortified of improved quality and special process and fruit wine materials fortified vintage, with improved quality and special process treated. General specifications”, wine by State Standard 7208-93 “Wine and grape wine materials treated. General specifications”. All manufactured at the moment production are subjects to obligatory certification and it is certified in accordance with the established procedure. Certified production share in total aggregate industrial output is 100%.

For the purpose of ensuring pledging of security, improving of quality and competitiveness of our production, strengthening of economic potential of the enterprise, solving problems of further strengthening of customer confidence to our activity, improving of their satisfaction we have developed and adopted the system of quality management by STB ISO 9001 – 2001 under BY/112 05.01.0080 0981. Expiration date of the certificate is up to 17 August 2013.


Production techniques

Primary kind of operations performed of public corporation "Mogilevpishcheprom" were manufacturing of beer and wine. Since January, 2008 beer manufacturing was ceased.

Shop №3 (wine production) is situated on K. Marksa str., 17.

Following items concern to objects of basic mainline fruit wine production:

  • fruit and berries treatment shop;
  • fermentation and blended room;
  • bottlery №1;
  • bottlery №2;
  • alcohol storage.


Following manufacturing operations take place in the fruit and berries treatment shop:

  • acceptance of fruit and berries;
  • treatment of fruit and berries.

This shop is equipped with following outfit: two header bins, a gooseneck elevator, an auger conveyer, three crushers, a continuously working extrusion auger, a press of sampling action "POK-200", a continuously working hydraulic press "Byuher", a scraper chain conveyer, an evaporator system, vessels for accepting and juice precipitation.

Preparation of alcoholed, fermented and alcoholed juices as well as fruit wines directly from alcoholed and fermented and alcoholed juices take place in fermentation and blended room.


For implementation of all technological stages of fruit wine preparation fermentation and blended room is equipped with following outfit:

  • fermentative vessels for fermentation process carrying out,
  • yeast tubs for yeast pure culture cultivation,
  • blended vessels for fresh juices and fermented wort alcoholization and preparation of wine blendings,
  • vessels for wine storing (resting),
  • pressure filter for wine filtering,
  • a vessel with arm agitator for sugar syrup preparation (cold way).

Bottlery №1 is equipped with automated line of 3 thousand bottles/hour productivity. Under bottlery №1 there is a finished-products storage area. The one-time storing of finished products is 1200 cases.

Bottlery № 2 is equipped with 2 automated lines of 6 thousand bottles/hour productivity. Under bottlery №2 there is a finished-products storage area. The one-time storing of finished products is 3000 cases.

Alcohol storage is equipped with following outfit: five steel vessels with capacity of 15 m3 and two vessles with capacity of 10 m3 for alcohol storage. Acceptance and issue of alcohol is carried out by batchboxes of 1-st class.

In 2006 we purchased 4 vessels for wine materials storage with capacity of 5 thousand each, that were mounted on the winery territory.


Following items concern to auxiliary process objects:

  • a boiler room;
  • a goods shed;
  • a machine shop;
  • container storehouse;
  • weigh station.

The enterprise is completely supplied with heat and electric energy for product release.

Heat energy comes from our own boiler room with 1 ton of steam per hour power, steam boilers have mark "МЗК 1/7".

Electric energy comes from "ТП-2*400" of the network system enterprise.

Water supply is carried out through calculation device from intercity network.

Effuent discharge is carried out to municipal sewerage.
